Kathy Jordan-Baker is a Microsoft SharePoint guru with 16+ years of technology experience in the areas of web architecture & technologies, project management, training & adult education, and technical communication. As the newest member of the SharePoint team, Ms. Jordan-Baker is responsible for working with BridgePoint clientele on a wide variety of SharePoint initiatives.

Ms. Jordan-Baker is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and a member of the Chicago SharePoint Users Group. Prior to joining BridgePoint, she served as a SharePoint Administrator, Information Technology for Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois. In this capacity, her responsibilities ranged from managing SharePoint administrative portals to training both SharePoint trainers and users – no small feat with an organization of approximately 5,000+ end-users. Ms. Jordan Baker holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Studies with an emphasis in Information Technology from Florida State University and a Master of Education in Continuing and Adult Education with an emphasis in Leadership from National-Louis University.
