ZenFi President and CEO, Ray La Chance, to Speak on the Wireless Ecosystem and Next-Generation Networks
New York, NY – April 8, 2015 – ZenFi Networks, New York’s premier provider of dedicated fiber optic network for mobile fronthaul and backhaul connectivity, announces today that its President and CEO, Ray La Chance, will participate on the panel “The Wireless Ecosystem and Next-Generation Networks”, part of the Wireless and the Internet of Things track during the preeminent networking event for innovative communications companies and their supplier partners, COMPTEL PLUS Business Expo 2015.
On April 14 at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL, Mr. La Chance will present alongside fellow industry experts including Joseph Patton of TowerCloud, Chris Alberding of FairPoint Communications and Aaron Blazar of ATLANTIC-ACM. The panel discussion will focus on the evolving landscape of wireless connectivity, including future challenges and opportunities related to small cell deployment, Wi-Fi offload, Cloud-RAN and more. Additionally, panelists will examine current industry topics and innovative technologies including the potential impact of spectrum auctions, 4G/LTE, growth strategies, competition and the transition to 5G.
“Mobile data traffic is exploding, fueled primarily by changing user habits and the Internet of Things. Last year alone, we added nearly half a billion mobile devices and connections,” explains La Chance. “With rapid advancements come new complications, and it becomes increasingly important for providers to remain informed about strategies that can help them overcome these industry challenges. I am honored to offer my insights on this critical topic alongside a panel of distinguished colleagues.”
