Business leaders from the cloud and service provider arenas are gearing up for the third annual HostingCon Europe conference and trade show, October 11-13 in Amsterdam.
In case you’re not familiar with HostingCon Europe, the event offers a vendor-neutral environment for attendees to share and exhibit the latest cloud and hosting technologies, and to network with some of the brightest professionals in the industry.
Who will be attending HostingCon Europe 2016? The event attracts representatives from over 1,000 hosting, cloud and managed service providers, as well as value added resellers, ISVs and hardware/software vendors. Attendees range from small start-ups to global powerhouses, with a mix of C-suite executives, analysts, architects, directors and many other high-profile influencers.
The conference agenda – which is still being finalized – will cover a wide range of critical issues such as cloud billing, cybersecurity, digital transformation and government surveillance. And thanks to the absence of pay-to-play speakers and sales pitches, discussions will be unbiased and designed to spark discussions rather than sell products. All speakers and attendees will be subject matter experts in their fields.
There will also be plenty of chances to engage in intimate business discussions during HostingCon Europe’s various networking opportunities. So participants are encouraged to come to HostingCon Europe ready to converse and forge new connections. At the end of the first day, attendees will be treated to an Opening Network Reception, where drinks will be served. The Web Hosting Industry Review (WHIR) will also host a networking event on Wednesday, from 6 to 9 p.m. Registration will be required for this event. Plus, there will be multiple partner events during the conference, and a special networking luncheon.
Another great place to network and learn will be on the exhibition hall floor. Here, businesses will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services. It’s an ideal place to form strategic partnerships and discover new solutions for business growth. More than 50 exhibitors are expected to be in attendance.
What’s more, leading European ethical hacker Jamie Woodruff will be on hand to deliver the keynote address. Woodruff, who is well known for discovering security vulnerabilities in some of the largest technology applications on the market, including Facebook, Apple and Google, will offer expert tips to help businesses fight cybercrime. Plus, Woodruff will discuss his ongoing research in social engineering and human manipulation methodology. Demonstrations will also be included in Woodruff’s presentation.
HostingCon Europe 2016 will take place at Passenger Terminal Amsterdam, which is located in the heart of the city. Early bird passes are available through September 21. To register for HostingCon Europe 2016, click here. You can find out more information by visiting Europe.hostingcon.com.
