The big topic that the data center industry is facing is energy efficiency. Data centers use immense amounts of power and energy to work 24/7 for its customers. It is important to go beyond the benefits of traditional environmental stewardship and committing to take a more holistic approach. That is where Bluebird Network has announced their commitment to reduce the company’s carbon footprint. The goal they are working to achieve is net-zero carbon emissions by the year 2040. In order to accomplish this, Bluebird Network determined the greenhouse gas (GHG) generated by its facilities and will be revamping its existing sustainability initiatives.
