Compu Dynamics announced it is opening a new sales and operations center in Beltsville, Maryland, which is the company’s first expansion outside of Northern Virginia, and is dedicated to servicing the existing Washington, D.C. and Maryland client base as well as supporting the continued growth of the organization. The new 3,000-square-foot Beltsville, Maryland office is strategically located to service government, enterprise, and third-party data center providers.
The Maryland region is known for a talent-rich pool of senior-level sales and technical professionals that will be instrumental in fostering Compu Dynamics’ growth in the market and the company has plans to extend this team by with additional exceptional technical and sales professionals throughout 2016.
“Compu Dynamics’ expansion in Maryland enables us to increase our capabilities in a key market, and positions the organization for continued growth. Bringing our dynamic mechanical and electrical workforce closer to our clients aligns with our mission, vision and values,” commented Compu Dynamics President Steve Altizer. “This dedicated facility represents our commitment to deliver against the demand for our services from federal and state government entities along with the education, healthcare, life sciences, and colocation providers.”
Compu Dynamics is creating a paradigm shift in the way people think about data centers, from their colocation deployments to greater HVAC and electrical needs. As companies evaluate their options and migrate applications to the cloud, their infrastructure in on-premise and third-party colocation data centers requires analysis and reconfigurations to recognize the savings of decreased power consumption. Beginning with the mechanical and electrical competencies to provide planning, design and implementation of data center design, build, consolidations, and relocations along with the broader capabilities of managing facilities, Compu Dynamics regularly excels at demanding projects for government agencies, colocation service providers, and enterprises.
“Compu Dynamics’ dynamic skill set and competencies around managing HVAC and electric systems in commercial buildings, along with its proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining data centers, is unique in the marketplace and we look forward to bringing these to the Maryland market,” Altizer remarked.
