DC BLOX, a provider of interconnected multi-tenant data centers delivering the infrastructure and connectivity essential to power today’s digital business, announced they have acquired land in High Point, North Carolina. DC BLOX has a mission to power and connect digital business’ in growing communities where availability, secure, reliable and robust digital infrastructure is limited. Their plan is to construct the first highly secure, Tier III data center in the Caroline Core, also called the Piedmont Triad region. which includes High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem.
DC BLOX builds secure, reliable, multi-tenant data centers that are designed to Uptime Institute’s Tier III standard all across the Southeastern United States. When complete, the facility in the Piedmont Triad region will be interconnected to DC BLOX’s fully redundant network infrastructure with a 99.999% uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA). Their Southeastern regional network of data center and connectivity partners gives access to the region’s IX in Atlanta and Nashville, and has plans to connect to the IX in Charlotte.
