Global Capacity started 2016 on a high note, as the company announced on Jan. 6 a new addition to its executive leadership team. Jack Hannon is now serving as Chief Revenue Officer, and will be responsible for all aspects related to wholesale, channel and business service sales.
As an industry veteran who has worked with numerous technology organizations, Hannon brings to the table strong leadership skills, and a very successful track record in sales. He previously served as President and Chief Marketing Officer of CloudScale365, and has over two decades of experience working in the telecommunications industry. Hannon has also held leadership positions at Excel Communications, Earthlink, PCCW Global and Comtel Systems Technology, Inc.
As Global Capacity President Jack Lodge explained following Hannon’s appointment, one of Hannon’s primary goals will be to grow and scale Global Capacity’s award-winning One Marketplace® platform, which combines an interconnected, aggregated data network with a Cloud-based application that automates the design, pricing, delivery and maintenance of network connectivity. The platform dramatically simplifies and accelerates the delivery of network services, fundamentally changing how service providers buy connectivity.
