cherylheadA public relations firm is more than just an arm for media outreach. It’s also a trusted advisor that businesses depend on to navigate the ever-shifting media landscape. So it pays dividends to partner with a public relations company backed by a team of skilled and experienced leaders.

One company that knows the value of strong leadership is iMiller Public Relations (iMPR), a results-driven, independent public relations, content and digital marketing consulting firm. Recently, iMPR made two critical leadership decisions by adding Cheryl Kemp as Vice President of Events and by promoting Daniel Highet to Director of Content.

daniel-highet-e1480371399227As Vice President of Events, Cheryl will be responsible for leading the growth and development of the Northeast DAS & Small Cell Association’s (NEDAS) socials, seminars, symposiums and summits. She will also provide ongoing leadership and support across all client and industry events as well as iMPR’s conference and tradeshow marketing programs.

Prior to joining iMPR, Cheryl served as Director, Community & Conference Content at Penton, which is now part of the Informa Group. In this role, Cheryl oversaw content, programming and marketing strategy for the company’s e-learning, HostingCon and channel events.

“I am excited to continue working with global tech companies and an array of industry events to educate and enhance attendee experiences,” Cheryl Kemp stated. “It is an honor to join the executive management team and lead iMPR’s exceptional event producers, managers and coordinators to deliver industry thought-leadership programs, networking events, client soirées, and tradeshow marketing programs that help each client achieve their unique goals.”

Ilissa Miller, CEO of iMPR, also spoke about the new addition to the team.

“The iMPR team is an agile group focused on helping our global telecom and technology clients, industry associations, tradeshows and events accelerate and amplify their messages to the market,” commented Ilissa Miller. “Cheryl’s industry knowledge, leadership experience, relationships and understanding of executive requirements make her an ideal leader for our events program.”

The company will also continue to develop its content program with the help of Daniel Highet, who was promoted to Director of Content this past summer. Daniel will continue to oversee the production of articles, blogs, white papers, case studies and more for iMPR’s growing network of subsea cable, cloud computing, data center, internet infrastructure and networking clients.

“It is an honor to be part of a company so effective in positively impacting the global telecom and technology industry,” Daniel explained. “Our content team’s collective knowledge of industry products and solutions complements the prowess of our digital marketing efforts and together, epitomize a tremendous differentiator and value-driven service our clients appreciate.”
