Digital Fortress, a leading multi-tenant colocation and wholesale data center provider, sat down with Douglas Green for the Telecom Reseller podcast to discuss the company’s approach to national and international expansion. The podcast featured Digital Fortress’ Chief Sales Officer, Jhoan Checo; Chanel Chief, Stephen Verp; and Sales Operations Manager, J.D. Filippone who shared insights about the company’s successful expansions in 2021.

Insights gleaned from the program hint at Digital Fortress’ plans for 2022, which include a focus on enabling an ecosystem of services and solutions for its customers. The company envisions working one-on-one with customers to provide both enterprise and wholesale data center solutions throughout North America. A key trend driving this need is a push into edge markets. Digital Fortress’ customers continue to expand requirements in underserved or secondary markets, creating a need at the edge for more connectivity and solutions. 2022 will also be a year that Digital Fortress will continue investing into services within the wholesale data center community. The company believes that its proven approach to data center management, primarily with the company’s foray into the wholesale space, that large cloud and hyperscale customers could now consider the company’s capabilities, and through partnerships offer opportunities for expansions beyond North America. Adding to their portfolio of partnerships, Digital Fortress will be entering into new partnerships to tap into the best class products and services for their customers, with the aim of becoming a one-stop-shop for all of their customer’s digital requirements. According to Jhoan Checo, “the personal approach we take working with customers allows Digital Fortress to propose fast and flexible solutions that are tailored specifically to their needs.”
