iMiller Public Relations (iMPR), a leading PR and marketing consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications and technology industry sectors, has been honored with a PR World Bronze Award in “Best PR Agency of the Year — Single Boutique Office” category.
The award capped a year of significant achievement for iMPR, which included spearheading and managing the first-ever Press Room at International Telecoms Week (ITW), one of the largest telecommunications events in the world. The initiative was a great success, and iMPR will be a mainstay at future ITW events, providing pre-event planning as well as media sourcing and coordination.
What’s more, the PR World Award win recognized iMPR’s work on its Northeast DAS & Small Cell Association (NEDAS) campaign. NEDAS —which was acquired by iMPR in 2015 — increased its attendance by 30 percent in the first year of iMPR ownership, and experienced a 124 percent growth in sponsorship sales, bolstering the number of participating sponsoring companies from 16 to 28.
Other strategic acquisitions for iMPR in 2015 included Data Center POST and Cloud POST, two widely-read, online outlets offering telecom thought leadership articles, breaking news, and information about industry trends and developments.
“We are very honored by the PR World Award, which cements iMPR’s place as a prominent telecommunications and technology PR and content marketing consulting firm,” stated Ilissa Miller, iMPR founder and CEO, following the announcement. “It was a year of remarkable growth for iMPR, and we’re very excited to build off of this momentum in 2017.”
So, just how quickly is iMPR growing? Through 2013-2015, iMPR sustained a 30 percent YoY growth rate, and more than 60 telecom and technology companies have entrusted their marketing and public relations to iMPR since its inception over three years ago.
