Sabey Data Centers has officially launched construction on Building B at its Austin campus, located in Round Rock, Texas. This next phase of development will deliver 54 megawatts (MW) of total power capacity, with 18MW expected to be Ready for Service in Q3 2027.
Austin B is a three-story, liquid-cooling-ready facility engineered to support high-density compute environments, including AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and advanced research workloads. The facility builds on the success of Austin Building A, where 86% of current deployments already use liquid cooling. This new project further positions Sabey to meet the growing needs of enterprise and hyperscale customers looking for flexible, future-ready infrastructure.
