The event is scheduled for December 13, 2023 in Reston, Virginia and is part three of a deep dive on trends in data center cooling, power utilization, DCIM and future management.
Sedoruk will join other industry experts for a panel discussion titled, “Managing Your Team and Your Facilities: How to Run an Effective Workforce and Keep Downtown at a Minimum.” In this session, the panelists will discuss how data center operators are efficiently managing facilities during this period of expansion and a tight labor market. They will also talk through how teams are working together to reduce downtime, bring data centers online and successfully train up employees.
As a leader in facilities and operations management, Sedoruk excels at managing on-site activities for corporate and mission-critical environments with an emphasis on safety, functionality, efficiency and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Sabey, Sedoruk worked at companies like Digital Realty, CBRE, JLL and more, where he managed and operated various data center and mission-critical environments, serving purpose-built data center spaces and mixed-use, multi-purpose environments.
