As the data center industry continues to experience record-low vacancies and growing demand for reliable capacity, Sabey Data Centers is closing out 2025 with significant expansion across its U.S. portfolio. The company’s newly announced power availability highlights a continued focus on providing scalable and energy-efficient infrastructure for both enterprise and hyperscale customers.

Power Expansion Across Major Markets

Sabey has confirmed new capacity across several of its flagship campuses, including the Pacific Northwest, East Coast, and Texas. The updates include:

  • SDC Columbia (Quincy, WA): 4.5 MW leasable now and 18 MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 9 MW coming online in Q4 2026 and the remaining 9 MW in 2027.
  • SDC Seattle (WA): 3.5 MW available now and 12 MW for pre-leasing, expected in 2027.
  • SDC Manhattan (NY): 755 kW leasable now.
  • SDC Ashburn (VA): 14 MW available for pre-leasing, coming online by Q3 2026.
  • SDC Austin (TX): 18 MW available for pre-leasing, with 9 MW coming online by Q4 2027.
  • SDC Umatilla (OR): 120 MW available for pre-leasing, with the first 12 MW ready by 2027.

This new availability includes 8 MW immediately leasable across the Pacific Northwest, reinforcing Sabey’s commitment to delivering flexible options for customers who need space and power now.
