CEO Robert Dunn and leadership members to speak at Atlantic Convergence event

Lisbon, Portugal – October 2, 2024 – Start Campus, an innovator in the site selection, design and building of 100% renewable energy AI-scale data center ecosystems, announces its participation in the Atlantic Convergence event, taking place October 1-3, 2024 in Lisbon, Portugal. CEO Robert Dunn is set to present a case study during the event delving into the various factors involved in the large-scale development of AI-ready data centers.

Atlantic Convergence aims to connect the digital infrastructure industry by bringing together enterprises, institutions and providers across continents to engage in building a shared future. Dunn’s presentation, titled “Case study: Sustainable & AI-scale data center development in Portugal,” is set for October 3. The Start Campus CEO’s talk will cover the unique challenges in developing AI-ready data centers, such as the selection of sites that can provide 100% renewable and low-cost power, efficient and sustainable cooling, strong connectivity, a strong supply chain, and the ability to develop at scale, all of which Portugal can provide.

He will be joined on stage by Francisco Porras, DCBU, Merlín Properties and Nacho Velilla, CEO, Templus.
