swyxSwyx provides Unified Communications through the Clevir platform

Technology company Swyx has entered into a cooperation with Clevir Software Solutions, provider of advanced solutions for virtual work environments and workspaces. Both parties signed the cooperation agreement during the HostingCon 2016. As a result, Swyx’s Unified Communications solution is now available through Clevir’s ClouddesQ platform.

Clevir’s infrastructure solution runs in the internationally fast-growing ClouddesQ workspace, which allows for combining the many different online applications used by companies, including historical applications still running on self-designed IT systems, into a single, manageable corporate solution. As a result of this cooperation, Swyx has added UC to the workspace, the integration making the execution of employee tasks simpler, safer and much more efficient.

‘Clevir is an innovative technology company with an independent solution. This cooperation allows us both to enable and service a new generation of clients. It also meets the growing need among hosting providers for broadening and innovating IT service provision’, says  Swyx CEO Dr Ralf Ebbinghaus.

‘A fine cooperation with a lot of potential that nicely suits our strategy of offering one central plug & play workspace for all end-user functionalities’, says Remko Kley, director at Clevir. ‘From now on, our ClouddesQ relations can also reap the benefits of UC.’

The cooperation officially commenced on 1 November 2016, when all Swyx products became available through ClouddesQ.
