The two-day conference will convene nationally recognized women leaders to share their expertise and perspectives on entrepreneurship, leadership, construction and safety practices across mission-critical industries. Programming will feature workshops and discussions addressing workplace culture, innovation, project delivery and the opportunities and challenges shaping today’s mission-critical workforce.

During the workshop, Crafton will examine where modular construction delivers the greatest value, where early approaches have fallen short and what is needed to advance adoption. The discussion will address modular, hybrid and distributed manufacturing approaches, along with key considerations in design, logistics, procurement and onsite execution. Crafton will also explore how offsite construction can reduce material waste and jobsite disruption while improving cost and schedule predictability.
