New York, NY – June 10, 2015 – ZenFi Networks, Inc., New York’s premier provider of connectivity and colocation delivered over a private dedicated fiber optic network, announces today that its President and CEO, Ray La Chance, will participate in the panel “Wi-Fi / DAS / Small Cell – Wireless Disrupters or Natural Evolution?” during the two-day New York State Wireless Association (NYSWA) Wireless Forum 2015 taking place June 16-17 at Chelsea Piers – Pier Sixty in New York City.
On June 17 at 1:30 PM, Mr. La Chance join wireless industry experts from Corning, ExteNet Systems, AT&T and V-COMM to discuss the truths and myths about the constantly evolving wireless infrastructure landscape as part of the Network Strategy Track. Panelists will explore the progression of traditional towers to Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), DAS to Small Cells, and both technologies’ eventual migration to Wi-Fi.
“The sheer growth of the mobile market is staggering, driving even more rapid change in mobile innovation,” explains Mr. La Chance. “I look forward to examining today’s DAS, Small Cell and Wi-Fi technology evolution in order to help attendees distinguish between fleeting trends and lasting innovations in the mobile space. Guests will also gain insight into how ZenFi is enabling connectivity amongst these technologies in a dense mobile market such as New York City leveraging our purpose-built network infrastructure.”
Realizing a need within the industry, the innovative team behind Lexent Metro Connect and Metro Network Services developed ZenFi Networks as a progressive solution to increase the accessibility and affordability of bandwidth for mobile wireless applications.
