He also helped lead several corporate turnarounds, creating over $1 billion in enterprise value.

Data Center POST, Kathy Xu (DCP-KX) Question: Tell our readers about your company: What do you do and what problems are you trying to solve?
LOGIX Fiber Networks, Richard Rosmarin (LFN-RR) Answer: LOGIX Fiber Networks is the largest independent fiber network provider in Texas and a leading provider of data center solutions. LOGIX has more than 6,200 route miles of network spanning 225,000 miles, which serves more than 12,000 enterprise and carrier customers across Texas. LOGIX is committed to a Fiber First strategy with over 10,000 virtual on-net building locations in Texas. We operate six of our own data centers and connect to more than 100 data centers throughout Texas. Our primary business is providing high-performance fiber services, including voice, data, video and dedicated internet access, to enterprises and carriers wanting to do business in Texas. We also have a growing footprint in Oklahoma. Customers are attracted to LOGIX for our commitment to building customized solutions for our customers’ needs, for being easy to work with, quick to provision services, and importantly, having 100 percent of our customer support and services team based in Texas. The biggest problem we solve is giving customers enterprise-class, reliable and symmetrical bandwidth designed for them. We don’t force fit our clients into one of a handful of approaches. Customer service is another problem we solve – when LOGIX customers have a request or a problem, they pick up the phone and get a live person in one of our Texas offices. LOGIX doesn’t offshore customer care.
