AVAIO Digital Partners, a leading developer of sustainable hyperscale data centers in North America and Europe, has reached a crucial milestone in its Perseus Data Center Project at the Pittsburgh Technology Park. This project represents a major step forward in addressing the growing demand for sustainable and scalable data center solutions in the Bay Area.
Project Overview
The Pittsburg City Council has unanimously approved and adopted the Pittsburg Technology Park Specific Plan for a 76-acre campus. At the heart of this development is the Perseus facility, a state-of-the-art 92 MW data center scheduled to begin construction in 2025 and become operational in 2027.
