In June 2025, the German service provider CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH signed several partnership agreements that enable the company to offer Remote Hands technical maintenance services for corporate IT infrastructures in significant cities around the world.

Remote Hands refers to technical operations performed by engineers, administrators, and other service provider specialists on the client’s IT infrastructure upon request. CloudKleyer offers this service both off-premises in a remote format and on-premises – with specialists dispatched to the customer’s location.

Typically, Remote Hands is requested in cases where IT equipment or networks experience malfunctions that cannot be resolved independently. However, this is only one of many scenarios in which the service may be required. CloudKleyer specialists also assist with software installation and configuration, server migration and relocation, and setup and monitoring of network connections, including private network channels between corporate points of presence in different countries.

Remote Hands Services by CloudKleyer:

  • Engineering operations – diagnostics and repair of faulty equipment, replacement of CPUs, motherboards, RAID controllers, and other IT hardware components.
  • Installation work – deployment of servers, server racks, storage systems, and network equipment. Connection of corporate IT infrastructures to high-speed internet and cloud services.
  • Server migration – data transfer to a new hosting environment. CloudKleyer engineers handle the migration of individual servers or storage systems, as well as complete corporate IT infrastructures.
  • Server and data center relocation – physical transportation of equipment and other IT infrastructure components, including international moves.

CloudKleyer Frankfurt GmbH continues to expand its partner network, and now the full range of Remote Hands services is available globally, including in Frankfurt am Main, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Rome, and Madrid.

One-time or emergency assistance is billed on an hourly basis, with rates depending on the geographic region. For large-scale or long-term projects, such as infrastructure relocations, pricing is based on the total scope of work. In such cases, a project agreement is drawn up, and service costs are fixed and not directly tied to the hours worked by specialists.
