Information Communication Technology and services leader and International Telecoms Week (ITW) Prime Sponsor Bankai Group promised us the biggest Bollywood party at ITW – and it delivered.
ITW was in full swing last Tuesday, and after a long day of business meetings, educational sessions and press and analyst interviews, conference attendees got their chance to let go at Bankai Group’s Bollywood party. The festivities were held to celebrate the Company’s Silver Jubilee, marking 25 years of excellence in delivering flexible and customized solutions such as Complex Routing, Interconnect Billing and Mediation coupled with Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Prepaid Switching and Next Generation Networks (NGN) for the telecom industry.
The Hyatt Regency Hotel’s Regency B ballroom was transformed into the set of a Bollywood movie, where invitees were treated to traditional Indian food and drinks as well as a photo booth complete with colorful boas, funny hats, oversized glasses and other props to capture the memory. However, the highlight of the night was most definitely the dancing. A group of Bollywood dancers known as The Meher Dance Troupe had partygoers on the dance floor all evening, teaching them a variety of traditional dance moves as Bollywood music played by DJ Krush from Shaadi Entertainment flooded the ballroom.
With great turnout and the party a major success, we’re excited to see what Bankai Group has in store for ITW attendees in 2016.
The Bankai Group and its technology and retail units were also on-site at the ITW expo floor showcasing their expanded footprint of global direct Voice interconnects, multiple award-winning mobile financial solutions, and global partnerships for Airtime Remittance and International Calling services at ITW 2015.
