On May 17, Agile Data Sites (ADS) will hold an open house in Princeton, New Jersey, in conjunction with partner Comcast Metro Fiber to introduce ADS’ new 8,000-square-foot, ultra-high reliability data center and its customized Disaster Recovery and Colocation solutions. The open house will take place from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the ADS facility located at 865 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, and will feature a full day of activities, including an introductory breakfast and a keynote address from Comcast Chief Information Officer John Burke. The event will also feature presentations from ADS’ partners in the cloud, connectivity, dark fiber and equipment markets. In addition to Comcast Metro Fiber, these partners include eSite Systems, VeloCloud and more.
Attendees will have the opportunity to tour ADS’ central New Jersey facility and see the company’s latest offerings up close and personal. These solutions include over 4,000 square feet of customizable colocation space, Event / Office space, and a variety of Cloud and Managed Services, including Voice, Remote Monitoring, Operational Support, and Connectivity. There is also a centralized Meet-Me-Room (MMR) that features access to multiple carriers, including Sunesys, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and LightPath. More carriers are expected to be added in the near future.
The ADS facility offers configurable data center suites ranging from four to 400 racks, housed in an agile, power-dense and high-availability building. The facility also provides power density up to 16 kW per rack, and 2N power with dual generator design. It’s an SSAE 16 Type-certified data center, with build-out capacity capable of extending up to 45 MW and 200,000 square feet. What’s more, the facility is strategically located between New York City and Philadelphia.
Jeff Plank, President and CEO of Agile Data Sites, commented, “As companies look to initiatives like Big Data and High-Performance Computing to grow their businesses, data centers that offer enhanced reliability, security, connectivity, scale, and high-density power become critical aspects of facilitating that growth. At Agile Data Sites, we provide customers ranging from single rack tenants to Fortune 100 enterprises with reliable, agile and secure data center solutions designed to suit their individual needs. I am excited to showcase this and more during our upcoming kick-off event,” Plank added.
