Sabey Data Centers recently announced a major upgrade that will provide terabit-scale connectivity across all of its data centers using PacketFabric’s Software-Defined Networking (SDN) platform. PacketFabric is a provider of next-generation Ethernet-based cloud networking services. Its fully automated network platform facilitates instantaneous, direct and secure provisioning for terabit-scale connectivity between all locations on the PacketFabric network.
PacketFabric’s any-to-any SDN-powered network enables coast-to-coast connectivity across 118 carrier-neutral colocation facilities in 11 major U.S. markets. The platform transmits hundreds of terabits per second with on-demand connectivity across its purpose-built private backbone network. Its innovative architecture enables customers to easily procure and maintain network services in real-time, while reaching hundreds of destinations without the need to deploy and manage costly infrastructure or rely on the public internet.
PacketFabric customers can dynamically design and deploy any network configuration, leveraging an advanced Application Programming Interface (API) and web-based portal for unparalleled visibility and control over network traffic and services. Additionally, its real-time analytics and interactive troubleshooting capabilities help PacketFabric to offer the strength of a packet-switched network while also ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
This solution is now available in Sabey Data Center facilities located in New York (Intergate.Manhattan), Seattle (Intergate.Seattle), Virginia (Intergate.Ashburn) and central Washington State (Intergate.Quincy).
