As EdgeConneX’s new Senior Vice President of Global Product Strategy and Customer Experience, Mr. Neill is responsible for global product development and management, industry analysis, business process, integration management, and delivering a differentiated, end-to-end customer experience.
A 25-year veteran of the hi-tech industry, Mr. Neill has held several senior leadership positions in the areas of wireline and wireless communications. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved in all aspects of successful business planning, engineering, network implementation, operations, business process, sales, and marketing.
Mr. Neill’s most recent roles include Chief Customer Experience Officer and SVP of Process Engineering at Level 3 Communications, Inc., as well as Co-founder of Tower Cloud and PT Wireless. Prior to this, Mr. Neill spent 11+ years with McCaw Cellular / AT&T Wireless / Cingular as well as over six years with Sprint. His experience and accomplishments play a key role in further optimizing EdgeConneX’s customer relations and overall product strategy as the company continues to solve challenges at the new edge of the network.
