The panel discussion is set to explore the broadband capabilities of 4G and how they are fuelling a rise in demand for mobile video and multimedia services. The panelists will investigate a variety of optimization techniques, including CDN, eMBMS, compression, pacing and time shifting, and how they impact mobile video and multimedia service offers.
