Global cloud networking provider GTT Communications, Inc. announced this week that its SIP Trunking service won the 2016 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award from worldwide media company TMC.
GTT’s SIP Trunking service helps enterprises improve collaboration by integrating communications like video, voice and chat over a single IP connection. The service is available in a secure option that encrypts media and sensitive call signaling. It’s interoperable with all major UC platforms like Microsoft Skype for Business, Cisco, Avaya, ShoreTel and Siemens.
Another advantage of GTT’s SIP Trunking service is that it helps companies meet their business continuity objectives, providing built-in redundancy at the trunk level. Plus, it comes with options for secondary failover to an additional GTT node or at the individual telephone number level.
