Following this panel, at 2:30 p.m., Mr. Gold will present alongside representatives from Open Spectrum Inc., Colo Atl, Online Tech, and Mintz, Levin, Chon, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. on the panel, “The Latest Best Practices in Sales & Marketing, Lease Structuring & Risk Allocation.” This two-part presentation will begin with a discussion of the cutting-edge marketing techniques used to secure new customers, as well as the effect of evolving consumer priorities on modern lease agreements. During part two, participants will examine the latest approaches to structuring leases including risk allocation and accounting for critical legal challenges.
