More Than 20 Qualified Media Representatives to Join 6,500+ Industry Participants in Chicago May 8-11, 2016
Chicago, IL, USA, April 26, 2016 – International Telecoms Week (ITW), the annual meeting for the global wholesale telecommunications community, announces that for the second year running, press are invited to participate in the ITW Press Room. Produced by Capacity Media, the leading source of information for the global telecommunications community, ITW 2016 will converge over 6,500 delegates from all areas of the wholesale community representing over 1,980 companies and more than 148 countries. The event will be held jointly at the Hyatt Regency Chicago and the Swissôtel in Chicago, Illinois, May 8-11, 2016.
The ITW Press Room, exclusively managed by independent public relations and marketing consulting firm, iMiller Public Relations (iMPR), is located in Lucerne 1 ballroom on the Gold Level of the Swissôtel Chicago’s Swiss Tower, which is directly connected to the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The Press Room is open exclusively to qualified press and media interested in covering the global wholesale telecoms landscape. It will be open Sunday, May 8 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM; Monday, May 9 and Tuesday, May 10 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and Wednesday, May 11 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The Press Room will host press conferences on Monday as well as provide participating media an area to conduct one-on-one meetings. For press that are unable to travel to Chicago for the event, iMPR will provide a virtual meeting space, conducted via video, to enable one-on-one briefings to be scheduled with attending delegates. ITW sponsors and attendees will have the opportunity to meet with attending press on-site and virtually, as well as submit press releases and news for the ITW Show Daily. Press releases for consideration in the ITW Show Daily, a magazine published each day of the three-day meeting, are currently being accepted until Wednesday, April 27 at 5:00 PM ET. Sponsors and attendees can also submit a press release or media kit to ITW 2016 attending media until 11:59 PM on Tuesday, May 3. After May 3, press releases and press kits must be dropped off directly in the Press Room during normal hours of operation.
