The wireless industry is currently rife with opportunity as the Internet of Things (IoT) increases the demand for communications and connectivity nearly everywhere. According to IDC, global IoT spending will experience a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 16 percent over the next three years, reaching $1.29 trillion in 2020. Meanwhile, IoT Analytics reports that the North America region is expected to have the highest CAGR, rising 36 percent between now and 2021.
With so much growth and so many things (28 billion worldwide by 2021, claims a report by Ericsson), it’s important for wireless professionals to stay informed of the latest technologies and solutions that are impacting the market.
These technologies will be on full display at the first-ever Northeast DAS & Small Cell Association (NEDAS) San Francisco Symposium at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. The Symposium will be colocated with The INCOMPAS Show: Fall 2017, taking place October 15-17. The NEDAS event, on Tuesday, October 17, will provide a full day of training sessions and workshops and provide attendees with the opportunity to network with key decision makers and end users across the wireless and wireline communications ecosystem in a friendly and relaxed environment.
