iMiller Public Relations had the pleasure of partnering with TechDay New York to offer press and media concierge access to tech start-ups at their recent TechDay New York event on Thursday, May 2, 2019. The event, in its 8th year, made a move to the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York and drew a crowd of over 10,000 attendees comprised of investors, members of the press, users, developers, job seekers, and everyone in between.

The energy was invigorating at this one-day event, which featured 300 companies ranging from startups that have yet to launch to businesses that have become household names. From robots to drones to motorized skateboards, there was no shortage of innovation. Unique to the event were the TechDayTalks and the AWS Start Up Demo Stage. TechDayTalks are a series of 15-minute talks delivered by industry thought leaders on a range of topics such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and economic forecasting. The demo stage provided a platform for start-ups to show the public what their products can do. You can catch up on all you missed by watching the replay here.
