The Appointment of Bob Hicks
Prior to joining 365 Data Centers, Hicks served as COO at Data Based Systems International (DBSi), a dominant regional colocation provider. During his tenure at DBSi, Bob Hicks was responsible for overseeing customer growth, operations, and facilities expansions for nearly two decades. His commitment to customer success and infrastructure resiliency played a pivotal role in the company’s success before it was acquired by Xand.
After the acquisition, Hicks continued his journey in the industry by taking on operating and customer-facing senior leadership roles at Xand, TierPoint, and Recovery Point Systems. At each organization, he demonstrated a relentless dedication to enhancing enterprise value while providing top-notch customer satisfaction and infrastructure reliability.
