There are exciting new changes on the horizon for the world’s leading telecommunications information and logistics company, Global Capacity. The organization recently announced major changes to its senior management team, naming former COO Jack Lodge as President while Co-Founder and CEO Patrick Shutt transitions to a new role as Vice Chairman of the Board.
In his new role as President effective October 1, 2012, Mr. Lodge will be responsible for the strategic steering of all Global Capacity business across the enterprise. With 22 years of IT and telecom experience, Mr. Lodge is more than qualified for the task at hand. Prior to joining Global Capacity, Mr. Lodge served as General Manager of CentrePath, Inc., a privately held network management and engineering company acquired by Global Capacity in 2006.

Their efforts have led to significant accomplishments including the transformation of One Marketplace Access Exchange into an industry benchmark, as well as Global Capacity achieving substantial improvements in gross margin and 18 consecutive months of positive EBITDA following the organization’s sale to Pivotal Group in 2011.
